Reiki Healing Sessions

The Reiki System of Natural Healing uses energy flow to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki is particularly helpful in relieving stress and anxiety. Reiki can alleviate existing health issues and serve as a grounding and balancing form of preventative self-care.

Reiki treatments last approximately 60 minutes. The practitioner holds her/his hands at various parts of the body, promoting and encouraging energy flow. Most people experience Reiki Energy as warmth or tingling sensations.

During a Reiki treatment, most people will enter a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Physiologically, one hour of Reiki is comparable to three to four hours of sleep. Even the most active thinkers can quiet the mind, focusing on deep, full breathes and experience a deep sense of inner peace and calmness.

Reiki is often used in combination with BodyTalk. Where BodyTalk facilitates releasing, shifting and balance within the bodymind complex, Reiki then offers universal healing energy to the body leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed and energized all at the same time. Reiki can also be a wonderful standalone modality and sessions are offered independently through WellnessWorks.

Reiki Attunements

A Reiki Attunement is different from a healing session in that an attunement permanently connects you with Reiki Energy. Attunements open and expand the chakras, clearing the channels for energy to move through you free of blockages. Attunements are a personal experience between a Reiki Master and student that is profoundly life changing and fulfilling.

Reiki Attunements offer a powerful tool for personal growth and self healing, as well as develop and enhance your ability to heal others. Ange Trenga, Reiki Master, offers one-on-one Reiki Attunements of all levels in the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing.

First Degree Reiki Attunements initiate an individual into Reiki. It is a four week process beginning with the attunement to clear the channels and expand the chakras. You are then guided weekly through an exploration of what Reiki is and how to channel the energy. Because a Reiki Attunement dramatically changes the way in which energy moves through you, Ange supports you throughout the cleansing process and mentors you in practical experience to heal yourself and others. By the end of the process, you will be a Level I Reiki Practitioner. ($250)

Second Degree Reiki Attunements offer further clearing and expansion of the chakras. In this four week process, you will learn the meaning and use of the Reiki symbols and how to offer Reiki healing from a distance. By the end of the process, you will be a Level II Reiki Practitioner. ($250)

Master Reiki (Third Degree) Attunements offer the final clearing and expansion of the chakras. The Master Attunement is a 2-month process in which you receive the last Reiki symbols and learn the process to attune others into Reiki. In the second month, Ange guides and mentors you as you attune your very own student. By the end of the process, you will be a Reiki Master. ($350)

All Attunements are an extremely personal, one-on-one experience that supports you through emotional clearing and teaches you how to integrate Reiki into your personal life and/or professional practice.
